Return & Exchange Policy

At Reisutra, we offer both curated inventory and bespoke custom embroidery. Because these products are handled differently, please review the specific terms below:


1. Custom Embroidered Items

All sales are final on personalized or custom-commissioned items.

Once an item has been permanently stitched with your specific design, name, or logo, it cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customer Errors: Typos, incorrect dates, or wrong thread colors provided at checkout.
  • Sizing Issues: Please refer to our size charts before ordering, as custom items cannot be swapped for a different size.
  • Change of Heart: We begin processing custom orders quickly; once production starts, cancellations or modifications are not accepted.

2. Non-Customized Inventory

For our standard, non-embroidered items (blank apparel, accessories, or ready-to-ship designs), we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at reisutra@gmail.com.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

3. Errors & Quality Issues

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there is a mistake on our part—such as a spelling error that differs from your order notes or a manufacturing defect—we will make it right.

  • Reporting: Please notify us at reisutra@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and either repair the item, send a replacement, or issue a full refund at our discretion.

4. Digital Proofs (For Custom Orders)

For complex designs, we provide a digital mockup. Your approval of this proof is a binding agreement. Reisutra is not responsible for any design errors (placement, spelling, or scale) that were visible and approved in the mockup.
